- Found another missing hex offset for FPS limit. Should fix high lag kicks because of too many FPS.

- Habe ein weiteres Hex Offset gefunden, was für das FPS Limit gefehlt hat. Sollte kicks wegen "high lag" aufgrund zu hoher FPS verhindern.
